Join us for a memorable experience in the scenic hills of Osage County this fall. While the epic ride is a highlight, the camping creates lasting memories. Gather around the campfire with friends, indulge in s'mores, enjoy a nightcap before bed, and embrace the camping lifestyle. On Friday evening, live music will be played until 9:00 PM, providing a great opportunity to mingle with new friends or reconnect with dear ones who traveled from out of town. Prepare a quick breakfast on Saturday morning and enjoy your coffee before embarking on your epic adventure. Limited bathroom facilities are available in the pavilion, and additional porta-potties will be onsite. After completing the gravel race, freshen up with a quick shower and savor a late lunch/early dinner, which is included with your race registration.

On Saturday evening, the atmosphere becomes the most relaxed and laid-back of the entire weekend. Witness the arrival of the Osage Passage XL riders and enjoy the company of fellow participants while listening to music. Feel free to request your favorite song! You can also bring a dessert to share with friends, or if you have responsibilities at home, you can choose to head back — although we encourage you to stay and have a great time!

Sunday morning marks the final day of camping. Wake up and prepare your coffee or tea, cook an egg in a cast iron pan, or grab a quick breakfast bar. It's time to start packing up your campsite. Once you have everything packed, consider joining the unofficial post-race recovery ride. Connect with fellow riders and ride up Rock School Road to get your heart rate up again. Then enjoy a leisurely pedal to the lake before turning back. This recovery ride is an opportunity to ride with friends and make the most of the experience. Enjoy the ride, and cherish the final moments of the weekend!

Please leave your campsite clean and tidy by noon Sunday before returning home. You must leave the area in the same condition you found it.
